Plans for the Future

Our main task at present is to get the Activity Centre in Dzivarasekwa finished so that the children will have a place to go when they're not at school, where they can have their meals, enjoy extra-curricular activities, and get help and guidance from caring, committed adults.

By 2012 we expect still to have about 330 full-support Dzikwa children in primary and secondary school plus some older ones at university or in other tertiary level education in Zimbabwe.

About 80 other orphans who do not fulful all the criteria stipulated for the full-support children will also be able to have one daily hot meal at the Centre and will be given some financial help towards their school expenses.
